Mid Senior Architect

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 1 to 5 years

Education Qualifications:

  • Masters (M. Arch) or Graduates (B.Arch.).by a recognized university
  • Strong computer background including experience with AutoCAD,Revit Architecture(BIM), SketchUp,ArchiCAD , 3d Studio, Luminion, Adobe Photoshop, Grasshopper, Dynamo, V-Ray,Rhino 3D,Fusion 360,Maya and MSoffice.
  • BIM Experience.
  • Familiar with the Building Code.(International Code Council (ICC),State & Local Building Codes & International Green Construction Code, IS and OSHA.)

Responsibilities:

  • Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills.
  • Understanding customers’ needs and developing design concepts and establishing final briefs.

Senior Structural Engineer

Location: Bangalore

Job Type: Full-Time & Part Time

Experience: 1 to 10 years (Steel Structural, Construction, Residential, Institutional, Civil, Architecture, Commercial & Industrial)

Education Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree (ME/M-Tech) in Civil / Construction Engineering or equivalent is preferred.by a recognized university
  • Strong computer background including experience with STAAD.Pro, Master Series, MBS, SAP, Revit MS Office – Excel, Word, MS Projects, AutoCAD
  • Familiar with the Building Code.(IS.BS, ASCE, EUROCODE) AISC, CISC, BS, IS and OSHA.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise technicians, technologists and other engineers and review and approve designs, calculations and cost estimates;
  • Confer with clients and other members of the engineering team and conduct research to determine project requirements;
  • Plan and design major civil projects such as buildings, roads, bridges, dams, water and waste management systems and structural steel fabrications;
  • Develop construction specifications and procedures;
  • Evaluate and recommend appropriate building and construction materials;
  • Interpret, review and approve survey and civil design work;

Junior & Senior Construction Estimator

Location: Bangalore

Job Type: Full-Time & Part Time

Experience: 1 to 10 years (Residential, Institutional, Civil, Architecture, Commercial & Industrial)

Education Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree(BE/B-Tech) in Civil / Construction / Mechanical / Estimating Engineering or equivalent is preferred. by recognized university
  • Strong computer background including experience with MS Office – Excel, Word, MS Projects, Primavera, Adobe Acrobat, AutoCAD
  • Professional Certificate (PMP) an asset
  • Project Construction Management an asset
  • Experience in the construction industry. Preference will be given to those who have previous estimating experience with a large general contractor.
  • General civil and commercial construction knowledge; understanding of plans, specifications, methods and procedures
  • Extensive knowledge of key principles involved in bid preparation, including quantity take off procedures, sub-trade procurement, pricing and bid closing procedures
  • Experience with the Design Build process
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects at one time as required

Responsibilities:

  • Conducts a detailed analysis of the contract documents and specifications, to determine overall project requirements and identifies any associated risk factors, including the monitoring of published addendums that may alter the original scope of the project
  • In conjunction with Chief Estimator, establishes team assignments and identifies estimating review dates.
  • Completes final cost estimate of a project through the use of PCL in-house software system, incorporating all labour, equipment, and material data, pricing documentation, overhead and profit margins, and produces a final tender submission for review and approval from the District Management.
  • Takes the lead in the development of conceptual estimates and conventional bid submissions with or without complete drawings and specifications.
  • Acts as a liaison with external consultants and project management organizations to estimate project budget requirements and coordinates tender development process on behalf of clients
  • In conjunction with the Chief Estimator, reviews special proposal requirements and makes recommendations.
  • Solicits pricing from subcontractors and suppliers for labour, equipment and materials, in order to ascertain the lowest price while meeting safety and quality standards
  • In conjunction with the Chief Estimator, completes a final bid submission review and oversees the final tender document submission to the client on behalf of the company
  • Analyzes and determines productivity.
  • Organizes bid closing assignments to meet submission deadlines on closing day
  • Participates in company mentoring program and act as a mentor for junior estimators

  • Statutory Compliance: – To coordinate with concern Govt/Non govt department for compliance of all statutory requirements for on rolls and contract employees.
  • Payroll Management: – To timely provide the payrolls output to accounts and coordinate with them to ensure all the details are being considered and ensure that salaries for all employees are processed on time.
  • Leave management: – Manage and Maintain the leave details of all the employees.
  • Appraisal Management: – To ensure effective and timely roll out of PMS activities at the Company. Coordinated in the formulation and implementation of increment, incentive and other remuneration policies. Managed appraisal process across the levels and establishing framework for substantiating performance appraisal system linked to reward management.
  • Training & Development: – To proactively identify current and future competencies and talent gaps and design specific training programs to filling these gaps.   • Policy Implementation:- To make sure that all the rules and regulations that stem out of the Company value system are communicated to all employees and adhered. To ensure organizational policies and systems are cascaded to the lowest levels at the project sites implementation of well-planned induction programme for all new hires. To ensure that all employees work with integrity and trust.
  • Employee Welfare and Safety: – Monitor and analysis for welfare and safety activates at project sites.
  • Employee engagement: – Trainings, Recognition programs, Sports events, Games, Team Building activities.
  • Project sites Centralised Communication Cell:- To be a centre point of communication to address all New HR developments
  • HR MIS: – To create frameworks for data capture and generating regular MIS reports which will enable the management for decision taking.eg- Recruitment, Salaries, PF, ESIC & Other activates.
  • Audit & Compliances Procedure: – Coordination of audit procedure of Internal / External ( ISO/ Statutory/Customer). Documents preparation to comply / adherence for audit.
